- Free training for the member of SRWS regarding self-employment programme.
- Permanent Job-work in the self-employment scheme for the member of SRWS with a stable income.
- Secured 300
days income facility for other members of the family.
- Monthly
family expenses of the member of SRWS will be reduced from Rs. 1500/- to
2000/-.
- Education
facility for the children of the family.
- Medical facility
for other members of the family.
- Contribution
against accidental death to the member of SRWS.
- Home Loan
facility after obtaining five (5) years duration of continuous membership
with SRWS with its due consideration.
- Pension facility
& financial help to the member of SRWS after 65 years of age.
- Contribution on natural death to the member of SRWS.
- After taking the Self-employment project training through Self-help Group Membership without any investment, the self-employed member can invest in his/her own Self-employment Scheme with the help of SRWS to earn a minimum of Rs. 10,000/- per month and more as per his/her requirement.

agricultural food-product items for the family.
